Mindfulness

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness helps you live a more happy and balanced life. As you develop your ability to pay attention, drawing the mind back from ruminating over the past, or worrying about the future, you find a deep natural peace here in the present moment. â€‹

Mindfulness Meditation positively impacts and heals every part of life – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Mantra chanting and singing are beautiful ways to make contact with the heart. They open us up to inspiration, joy and positivity.

Melissa leads specific music classes including Kirtan Workshops, Dances of Universal Peace, and the Belleplates.

She also leads the Om Choir which rehearses each week on Thursday evenings.

"The OM Choir is the best thing in my week, every week. It is relaxing and calming,

taking me out of the rush and bustle of daily life." Judy

Healing Support

Cancer Wellbeing

Yoga for Healing Support draws on the 7 Essential Elements as taught at the Gawler Cancer Foundation and are the corner stone of good health not just for the body, but for the mind, emotions and spirit as well.

These 7 Essential Elements have enriched my own life in my years post-cancer and have helped me navigate my way back to good health and a more meaningful life.
