What to expect on Retreat

Regular retreats and other events allow you to let go of the stresses of daily life and go deeper. They give you some much needed time out in the supportive company of like-minded people.
Schedules are carefully put together to allow time for participants to arrive and settle in, enjoy the program and prepare to return home.
Each retreat is a little different and has a specific theme such as yoga, mindfulness, healing or music.
