Sangita's Songbooks are written for the non musical reader and come with an audio file. The audio file will be sent to you via email after you have made your purchase for either the digital or physical copy of the songbook.

When choosing the online version, you will receive a link to download the Songbook upon checkout.

When choosing the hard copy, we will post the book to you within 1 to 3 business days. Please contact us if it hasn't arrived within 7 business days.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@mountainmindfulness.com.au with a photo of the damaged Songbook and we’ll replace it with a new one.

If you’re feeling unsatisfied with your Songbook, we’ll give you a full refund. Please return the Songbook within 14 days.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including the AusPost tracking number.

Shipping within Australia:

A $5.50 shipping flat rate applies to all orders within Australia, be it for just one or multiple Songbooks ordered at once.

Local pick-up:

If you know you’ll see me in the near future, choose the option of local pick-up/delivery and we can arrange an in-person exchange at no cost.

International Shipping

Standard AusPost charged and delivery times apply to all international orders.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at contact@mountainmindfulness.com.au with your name and order number, and I’ll look into it for you.
