In the afternoon embody the music and sacred phrases of the world's wisdom traditions as you deep dive into the Dances of Universal Peace.

KIRTAN WORKSHOP: 10.30 - 1 pm

- Learn and develop confidence with harmonium, guitar, percussion and voice

- Be immersed in quality group music making, allow your innate musical knowledge and understanding to unfold

- Supportive yoga practices for the voice

- Suitable for both beginner and experienced musicians alike

- Handouts for all the music

DANCES OF UNIVERSAL PEACE + chai & sweets:  2  - 4.30 pm

Participants come together to sing and dance sacred phrases from the different spiritiual traditions of the world. These simple circle dances are woven together with live acoustic music. It's a group practice, much like kirtan, but it is embodied thru movement. Deeply uplifting. Join us for chai afterwards. No experience necessary.

Sangita's Songbooks will be available to purchase at the retreat for the special price of $25.
