About the Event
Join us for a day of silent contemplation in Eaglehawk Neck.
Leave behind the distractions of everyday life and make a space for yourself simply to be. Gain greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and find your own inner peace and strength.
The day is fully guided as you enjoy a mindful yoga class, walking and breathing in nature, and the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra. In the afternoon you’ll make a vision board to take home with you.
Delicious vegetarian lunch, morning and afternoon tea provided.
10.00 am: Arrive and chai
10.30 am: Welcome and introductions: The Four Pillars of a Healthy Mind
11.00 am: Mindful Yoga Class
12.00 pm: Yoga Nidra
12.30 pm: Lunch in noble silence
1.30 pm: Mindful walking & breathing in nature
2.00 pm: Seated meditation
2.30 pm: Vision boards
3.30 pm: Cup of tea and farewell
What to bring:
Yoga mat, cushion/meditation stool, suitable clothes for walking outside; and hopefully on the beach!
About your teacher:
Melissa has been teaching yoga and meditation for the past 10 years. She founded Mountain Mindfulness in 2020 and is currently based in Hobart. You can read more about her here:
