About the Event
A meditative and joyful afternoon exploring song, movement & stillness inspired by the 5 Elements.
If you like the Om Choir you will love this extended version including walking meditations, a yoga nidra style meditation and reflection. We will finish with a simple ritual of lighting candles and intention setting.
We'd love you to join us for this community event celebrating the winter solstice and the longest night of the year.
