About the Event
A meditative and joyful afternoon exploring song, movement & stillness inspired by the dances of universal peace.
For this month's gathering we celebrate the Buddha's Birthday.
If you like the Om Choir you will love this extended version which includes singing, movement, walking meditation, reflection and yoga nidra.
An open hearted invitation to come together as community to connect and keep our own vibrations high, while sending out loving intentions to the world in these difficult times.
