A meditative and joyful afternoon exploring song, movement & stillness inspired by the meditator's journey.
If you like the Om Choir you will love this extended version including walking meditations, reflection and a yoga nidra style meditation.
Stay for a cuppa and chat after.
An open hearted invitation to come together as community to connect and keep our own vibrations high, while sending out loving intentions to the world in these difficult times. This month, all money raised is being donated to support Uncle Noel Butler and Trish who are our friends in dancing.
