About the Event
Join Suzanne King and Sangita for a day of practices to promote peace, wellbeing & health in the physical body.
The first of four retreats, we begin with a focus on the physical body because that is where we live!
Based around the Reiki Prayer, each line of which relates to promoting peace in our lives, we will reflect on each component. The Founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui referred to them as the Secret Method to Invite Happiness and Miraculous Medicine to cure all diseases!

Suzanne King will look at the topic through her Reiki lens, and guide us in chakra meditations. She will also speak about the impact she sees on the body when people are not in harmony with themselves and their chakras are out of balance.
