About the Event
Join Suzanne King (Reiki Energy for Life) and Sangita (Mountain Mindfulness) for a day retreat focusing on practices to nourish the soul. We will reflect on where we find meaning and purpose in our lives, what brings us joy and what makes our spirit soar.
As Rumi says:
"Let your heart be drawn by the stronger pull of what you really love, what you really really love. It won’t lead you astray."
Suzanne will offer reiki meditations including an exercise to meet you spirit guide and focus on the Crown Chakra to expand consciousness and awareness of the Universe.
Sangita will offer complementary practices from Yoga, Tibetan Buddhism and Mindfulness Meditation to help orient us to the spiritual essence of life as we place our attention on deep listening, contentment as a practice, and an invitation to open to the universal principle, whatever we perceive that to be.
