A simple, heartfelt day in three parts. Morning yoga, midday meditation and afternoon chanting with the Om Choir.
Come for all - or - just one session.
10 - 11.30 am - Gentle Yoga Class + morning tea
asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, mantra chanting + a sprinkle of philosophy
12 - 1pm - Mindfulness Meditation
