About the Event
A unique workshop program that combines insights from leadership development with yoga and mindfulness practices, to be held over FOUR Saturday mornings.
This program is for anyone who is feeling overwhelmed and distracted and wants to learn practical ways to stay grounded and in balance.
The sessions combine gentle movement, mindfulness and breath work with facilitated conversations about emotional health and the three centres of intelligence (head, heart, body).
