About the Event
The Dances of Universal Peace are simple circle dances that are woven together with voice and live acoustic music. Participants sing and dance sacred phrases from the spiritual traditions of the world. All the dances are taught, so no experience is needed.
Dance meetings happen once a month on a Saturday afternoon usually in Lenah Valley at the Pat Murnane Memorial Hall, but not always!
Our upcoming December meeting will be at Ward's (Skylark's) place in Murdunna. We will be celebrating the Summer Solstice, followed by a shared meal and kirtan in the evening. You are welcome to come to any or all of the activities. There is no cost for this event. It is for all ages so bring the family if you'd like.
Weather permitting we will be dancing outside.
