It works to bring balance and wellbeing to body, mind, emotions & spirit. Dates: Term 3, 28 July - 29 September Time: 4.30 - 5.30 pm Cost: $180 ~ 10 week term $125 - 5 class pass (to be used within the term) Term enrolment is encouraged so you can reap the benefits of a regular class and build your practice.
