Service Description
Support your health and wellbeing with Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation (MBSM). The World Health Organisation defines health as wellbeing at the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual levels. Mindfulness meditation supports our health on all these levels primarily through the activation of the relaxation response. In these sessions: * Experience deep physical relaxation * Reduce stress and anxiety * Develop mental focus and calm * Enjoy the support of a group and a regular practice Sessions are a mixture of meditation practice, discussion and sharing. Cancellation Policy
- If you have booked a yoga course but can’t attend, please contact us so that we can discuss your situation and reach a solution e.g. transfer enrolment to another course; postpone until next term; OR refund into your nominated bank account. - Once the course has begun, there is no refund. - If the course you’ve enrolled in doesn’t run, you will receive a full refund into your nominated bank account.
