Service Description
Beginners Yoga focuses on the nuts and bolts of gentle yoga in the Hatha Yoga tradition which emphasises breathwork and meditation equally with the physical postures. You will learn all the beginner poses (asanas) and how to practice safely and effectively for your body. You will learn breathing techniques (pranayama) that will enhance your sense of wellbeing and calm your mind. And you will experience deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation. This class caters for all health conditions. Derived from ancient India, yoga provides a pathway to attain physically, mental and spiritual health. Yoga helps us to attain peace of mind. Come and give it a try!

- If you have booked a yoga course but can’t attend, please contact us so that we can discuss your situation and reach a solution e.g. transfer enrolment to another course; postpone until next term; OR refund into your nominated bank account. - Once the course has begun, there is no refund. - If the course you’ve enrolled in doesn’t run, you will receive a full refund into your nominated bank account.
