June Newsletter

Updated: 5 days ago

As we move into the depths of winter it is a natural time to slow down, draw inwards, reflect and renew. Looking to nature for inspiration we see the nights growing longer, the animals going into hibernation, the gardens slowing down and the world becoming quiet which makes it a natural time for meditation. Maybe you’d like to join a class to support the journey through these winter months? Please see below for what’s on offer.

But first!

The master cleanse – 7 day hatha yoga retreat

Many of you have been asking me how the retreat went in NSW. It was life changing for many of the participants, and the benefits of the full digestive cleanse have been continuing post retreat as their commitment to a warm plant based, dairy-free diet continued for the full month afterwards. I’m pleased to say we are going to be offering this retreat twice a year, and the Spring one will be held at Stroud Monastery in the Hunter Valley region in November. If you want to do something enormousfor your health, and have a detox – physically mentally and emotionally - this is the only place in Australia that this practice is offered. Numbers limited to 20.

Click here for all the details. I will again be part of the teaching team.
